Power Player Academy

Power Player Academy has transformed the way I approach leadership. Before, I struggled to assert my authority and often felt out of place (I work in a very male-dominated industry!). Eloïse and the PPA coaches taught me how to communicate assertively without feeling overwhelmed by emotions and how to deal with dominant personalities. This got the attention of my superiors, and I'm up for a promotion next month. I've been waiting a long time for this, and it's finally happening. I wish I had learned all of this sooner.
